This place was a joke. I have a hemochromatosis. For almost a year and a half I went here and they never found anything on their side or never even referred me to a specialist. But I would always hear “we do have a protocol” about some vitamin supplement that they had there. Literally every appointment, it felt like a sales pitch just to buy vitamins! Calling and setting up appointments with such a hassle no one answers and you can never even leave a voicemail.

The doctors are amazing here. But, their policy is not it. I’ve been calling since yesterday and all day today to reschedule my appointment but the mailbox is full so I couldn’t even leave them a voicemail. I finally got ahold of them and they’re still going to charge me a cancellation fee even when I explained I couldn’t even contact them. They then told me I can reschedule on the app but I think that policy should be waived.

Honest Review After Years of Visiting General Thoughts: • If you have good insurance that covers visits and supplements, it’s worth it. • It’s convenient, but not essential — much of the holistic advice can be found online/youtube. Obviously, you can’t self-treat everything, but you can learn a lot yourself. If you can get affordable bloodwork elsewhere (like university health), just learn how to read your results or look them up — it’ll be similar to what they tell you here. • Dr. Logan and the rest of the staff are good people who genuinely care. But lately, things have gone downhill. My family and I have felt rushed through our appointments, and they’ve started prescribing quick fixes instead of addressing root causes — which is the WHOLE REASON people come here. • I have experienced good things here. It’s a safe place for LGBT, my mom has lost a lot of weight with her effort + support of the doctors, during traumatic times in my life they heard the detail of my story and game-planned solutions with me. I am not looking past those things, but they should be expected. It’s bare minimum that your doctors office take care of you since it’s their only and entire job. Recent Experience: • I don’t currently have insurance anymore, but since they’ve been my primary care for years, I still agreed to follow up on my issue. However I waited over SIX MONTHS. When I finally came in, I was seen for just 12 minutes (I timed it), only to be told I needed tests before they could say anything — something that could’ve been handled by phone or email. That cost me over $180. • On top of that, the front desk staff were extremely rude. One lady is always kind to my mom (shoutout to her), but the rest treated me like an inconvenience. I work in customer service too — and probably make less — but I still treat people with respect. I’m not asking for special treatment, just a little basic decency. A simple “thanks” or not rolling your eyes at me would’ve gone a long way. I just got off the phone with them right now (a week later) and the amount of annoyance & frustration in their voice is comical. I felt like I was in a TV show...
