  Unfortunately not a fan of this place. I am one to always praise and look for the positive in experiences but this was definitely not worthy of a 2nd trip back. This will not be on our list of places to visit again in the future. Our waitress was in a rush & I felt like she was juggling too much to give her tables excellent customer service. The server for the table next to us completely ignored me. Like he didn't have time since I was not his table. All I asked for politely was for him to get our server please. I was hoping to have some sugar for our tea that was delivered 10 mins prior. Definitely no team work going on during this shift. Food portions are huge and food was fresh. That was a positive, but due to lack of good customer service we will not be back.

  A visit to Alladin is an absolute delight, perfect for when you want to impress out-of-town guests. The dining atmosphere is inviting and elegant, making it an awesome place for any occasion. The service is great, with staff being attentive and fast. Mike N served two of my recent dinner parties, and I regularly ask for him whenever I bring my guests to Alladin. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible dish variety on the menu. My personal favorites are Jafar’s Pizza and the Mixed Grill. I highly recommend this spot for an outstanding dining experience!

  Aladdin restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, and the entire dining experience was top-notch. Our server, Mike, was truly awesome. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Exceptional service like that really elevates a dinner out! And let's talk about the food—it was simply delicious. The menu offers a great variety of options to choose from, perfect for any taste or dietary preference. We ordered the meat platter, and it was hands-down the best we've ever had. The meats were perfectly cooked, tender, and seasoned beautifully. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful food and superb service in a wonderful atmosphere, look no further than Aladdin. We can't wait to go back!

  I can’t talk Aladdin up enough! I recommend everyone to go here and I take everyone who visits SD here. There’s always parking, the food is fresh & authentic, and the service is amazing. Especially servers like Mike and honestly the whole team who make it so memorable. If you like Arabic, Persian, and middle eastern food in general look no further. They make kabobs the authentic way over a grill, they make all their sauces and dips from scratch with real ingredients, and the baklava is out of this world. Again, I can go on and on. I have eaten here for years and I will never stop! It’s a huge bonus that it’s family run and gives you a local feel instead of another corporate copy & paste. Love Aladdin! 10/10

  I love this eatery and dine here weekly, but I've had unpleasant encounters with a staff member who wears thick black glasses and has an accent. He's extremely rude and dismissive. Last night (Oct 2), I picked up my online order and he asked me to give five stars in exchange for ice cream (side note: people place orders online for convenience and easy exit). When I declined, he reluctantly handed over my order. I've had multiple encounters with this gentleman, and unfortunately, they've all been disappointing. His condescending tone, which I suspect may be due to my gender or complexion, is unacceptable. Despite this, I must commend Aladdin's on their excellent food and service, aside from this particular server. If not for him, I would have given Aladdin's a perfect score. I'm going to take a break from aladdins for a while. *I had purchased $100 gift card for my family after the loss of their father, due to a series of unfortunate events that happen with aladdins, resulted in my family not wanting to dine there. I kept the gift card for myself after speaking with, Mike (great guy) and used it for myself. I feel unappreciated with the service of this particular individual. So I'm going to take a break and contemplate if I want to continue being a consumer.
