  I came in for a smog check originally but come to find out my intake boot was busted allegedly. I have a gut feeling they busted it .Now I’m seeing bad reviews for this place being dishonest. Don’t trust this place

  Go somewhere else. Crazy pricing. Went in for a smog check. Had to replace battery and terminals which somehow came out to upwards of $600. Of course, partially my fault as I know nothing about pricing. But expensive pricing: $312 for battery, $176 for battery terminal replacement.......the smog check was the only thing fairly priced. Everyone there was very pleasant but still feel duped.

  I came to get a smog check at 4:30pm, hours of operation still stated till 5pm. I was turned away to come back because of the pandemic. Okay, understandable, I should have called ahead, that was my mistake. Before I left I asked to get an appointment next day so I can get in N out, guy said okay, 8am, and didn’t write it down. F. Y. I. Coupon they offer is strictly detailed and for ALREADY CALI registered vehicles only. With that said, please read the coupon correctly, if you have out of state, you will be charged +$10 of coupon,this is not stated on the coupon. Anyways, Im not bashing this establishment, I suggest they get all the information a customer needs available before they visit = less contact = social distancing. So as I left, sighed, looked over to my left, saw a shop and busted a U-Weeee, and was taken care of immediately with no hesitation and accepted their coupon as is. I do understand shops do not make much money doing smog inspections because they cant charge labor. I don’t understand when they turn away potential business because of it.

  No issue with service but agree on the dishonest pricing. I called and confirmed pricing prior to taking my car into the shop. The confirmed that it would be $94 to get my oil changed and smog checked. When I got there, they refused to honor the price, and I ended up paying $118. If you call ahead be sure to get the name, number and total that was agreed to all documented prior to showing up.

  Super long wait time for Smog test... watched 2-3 other people come, drop their cars off and leave. Literally spent an 1.5 hours waiting. Never had a smog test take that long. Friendly staff... but they also didn't take my $40 coupon which I printed from their website before going there.
