AIT Worldwide Logistics is a global freight forwarder that helps its customers grow by expanding access to markets all over the world. For more than 40 years, the Chicago-based supply chain solutions leader has relied on a consultative approach to build a global network and trusted partnerships in nearly every industry, including aerospace, automotive, consumer retail, food, government, healthcare, high-tech, industrial, and life sciences. In more than 100 worldwide locations across Asia, Europe, and North America, AIT’s subject matter experts apply scalable, user-friendly technology to customize door-to-door deliveries via sea, air, road/ground, and rail—on time and on budget.
This site of AIT Worldwide Logistics in TX consistently causes excessive delays—Loading and Unloading takes 5-6 hours with no regard for drivers' time. There are no restrooms for truck drivers, which is unacceptable. The office staff are often indifferent and disrespectful, showing no consideration for the challenges we face. Poor logistics, lack of basic amenities, and unprofessional behavior make this facility one of the worst to work with. Significant improvements are needed in efficiency and basic courtesy.

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and understand that sometimes we all have bad days. I was expecting a 49" Dell monitor for my remote work setup. While on a work call, I noticed a missed call and a text from someone saying they were leaving in five minutes—the text said it was Dell.
I immediately asked my team to hold and called the number. The man answered and immediately asked, “Are you coming down?”—no hello or anything. I explained I was on a work call, but he interrupted again before I could finish: “Can you come down?”
At this point, I was a little upset by how rude he was. I ended up telling my boss I had to step away to pick up a delivery before they sent it back. When I met the gentleman to pick up the package, his attitude was the worst I’ve experienced.
If I see AIT Worldwide Logistics again, I’ll probably cancel my order. This was by far the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.

WORSE DELIVERY COMPANY!!!!
Bought a TV thought Sam’s club and unfortunately this company was the one delivering.
Tv was scheduled to be deliver Monday 16 from 8 am to 8pm. Which is fine, I stayed all the at home because it’s a large value item, just for them to call me that the driver didn’t show up, told me tv was gonna deliver today the 18th from 11-3. Called at 3 asking where my tv was, they replied that since it was a Sam’s delivery it was from 8-8. Mind you have things to do!!! Went grocery shopping and they called me that the driver was on their way and should be here in 30 min. I rushed to finish, and I’ve been here. It’s been an hour and no show. This is ridiculous.
