I had a brand new air unit installed today, and I can’t say enough great things about Landon H and the team at Air South. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Landon took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the installation was done right. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. It’s rare to find service this reliable and courteous these days, and I truly appreciate the respect and professionalism he showed throughout the entire process.
If you’re considering Air South, I highly recommend asking for Landon H—you won’t be disappointed!

I've had to have my unit serviced twice this summer and this company has been INCREDIBLE. The office staff and technicians are very communicative, professional, and the technicians have quickly resolved every problem. They make me feel respected and safe with them coming into my home and they are reasonably priced, considering the quality of the service.

Read before you schedule***
Long story short: they will take your money even if they can't deliver the service. There are cancellation fees. Also, ask for everything they say in writing because they're going to say they have to review what's said on your recorded phone calls if there's any question about the account.
Here's our full experience.
We called to schedule for someone to clean our mini split units. Over the phone, we ended up with the 12 month agreement.
The date someone was supposed to come to our house was set (so we made sure I or my husband was off work and set up a babysitter since one unit is in our daughter's room). They pushed the time frame for the same day three times and finally at the end of the day said it would be the next week before someone could come.
It wasn't ideal but we agreed on the next date. We try to be understanding.
That next date rolled around and the time was, once again, pushed out later the same day multiple times. I even called to ask if it was likely to be canceled since, again, one of us took off work and had a babysitter, and who wants to wait until 5 pm for someone to no-show. The girl on the phone said, "No, he'll be there, just later!"
Then later the same day they call to say the guy can't make it to our house. I told them we can't keep rescheduling and we would figure something else out with our units and I expected a refund seeing as we received no service. The girl said it was taken care of and we would be refunded.
Here it is 3 months later and no one refunded us, and I have now been charged two more times. I called to ask about a refund, and kept being told a supervisor would have to listen to all the recorded phone calls and they would call me back. They said they would call me back that week but of course, no call back.
When I called back the next Monday, I was finally sent to Janna, who is the first person I've spoken with who seemed to care at all and she could only refund me for two months, despite us canceling the first day before anyone even attempted to come out.
Terrible experience. I read so many great reviews of this company and wish we could have had the chance to see that side but we have only gotten empty promises and a partial refund for zero service.

Airel probably has some of the best technicians in the State. The technician that came to my house to do the work was a very nice guy, very qualified, and he worked in our attic, which was hot as hell. I was extremely thankful that he was able to do the work and get the air conditioning back up. I would recommend this company to anyone because of its technicians. If you’re a general consumer and reading this message, remember how tough it is for these guys to work in a hot environment and showi him some respect

I have been a customer with a service contract for maintenance with Air South for more than 6 months. Every appointment I make for routine maintenance gets rescheduled. The only appointment they seem to keep is hitting my credit card every month. Last Sunday they canceled an appointment for Monday. I advised them that we had the same problem with cancellations in the spring that the service never was completed. Kalli assured me that this would be the last cancellation and that Wednesday was. It going to be canceled. Well Kalli just canceled Wednesday. I’m now waiting for a supervisor to call me to explain how they can possibly support an account in Oxford. I really want a refund because all they seem capable of is putting me out and reschedule a bunch times.
