  Excellent service. The owners went above and beyond to help us replace part of a blind which no other store could find for us. And without charge to boot. Cannot recommend them enough!

  I’ve been a loyal Benjamin Moore customer for many years, but sadly I won’t be using this brand anymore. I recently had paint mixed in the same color I bought a few years ago, not realizing the formula had been changed. When I painted the first coat at home, it was noticeably lighter than my original color. I compared the new can to my old one, and the formulas were way off. I went back to the store with both cans, and while they apologized and said they could fix it, they never mentioned I’d have to pay for the corrected can too. Because I had used about half the quart, they told me they could only offer the replacement at half price. I found this extremely disappointing, specially when the error was not mine. I trusted that simply asking for the same color would be enough to match my existing walls, but that wasn’t the case. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very dissatisfied with the brand and I don’t plan on returning.
