  A True Blessing in HVAC – Honest, Caring, and Fair! I cannot say enough good things about Air We Are—this company has truly been a godsend during a very stressful time. My air conditioning unit had gone out during a heat wave, and I was desperate for help. That’s when I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Kristen, the office manager, who immediately stood out—not just as a professional, but as a godly woman with genuine compassion and kindness. She didn’t treat me like just another customer; she spoke to me with warmth, patience, and humanity, and made me feel like I was being helped by a friend who truly cared. Kristen went above and beyond to make sure a technician could come out—after hours no less—yet she still insisted on charging me only the standard service fee, fully understanding my situation. That level of grace, empathy, and integrity is almost unheard of these days, especially in this industry. When Michael, the technician, arrived (right on time!), I was immediately put at ease. He was professional, courteous, and incredibly communicative. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, showed me exactly what was going on with my system, and patiently answered all my questions without rushing. His honesty and transparency made me feel completely confident and comfortable with the entire process. What truly sets Air We Are apart from the larger HVAC companies is their integrity. They’re not trying to upsell you on a new unit, and they’re not gouging you with outrageous prices (no $200-per-pound coolant nonsense here!). Their pricing is fair, honest, and transparent, and their service is rooted in real values—something you simply don’t see enough of anymore. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. If you’re looking for an HVAC team that’s honest, communicative, fair, and truly cares about their customers, Air We Are is the one to call. And if you’re lucky enough to speak with Kristen and get Michael as your tech, you’re in the best hands possible. God bless them both!

  Anthony is a kind human who gave up family time on a Sunday to come check our ac which was out since Friday and with this heat warning we were so worried we would have to replace our entire unit or as my son said boil to death lol Anthony came and was professional kind and got our ac running within a few minutes time I will always be grateful for the time he gave up on a Sunday ! I will refer this company to everyone I know for his prompt professional courteous and knowledgeable service Much appreciated thank you Anthony!!!!!! We are gratefully blessed that you were brought to us!!!!!! Thanks again Ken and Michele Price

  I wholeheartedly agree with all the other reviewers. I am very pleased. Prompt, professional, and patient indeed. I really appreciated the time Anthony took to answer my questions and explain the different options. Mike who did my install was knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful of my home. I am so grateful a friend recommended them to me. AWA is a pleasure to do business with and a company you can trust.

  Excellent customer service and professionalism! I found them to be very patient when explaining what the issue with my heating system was. The tech explained in detail what they were going to do to fix my problem. No SURPRISES with this company and complete respect for my home.
