  Our mini-split was in need of a deep clean and we were fortunate to have met a service technician like David Chen to handle it. He was very professional, transparent and communicative during his whole process. I was very impressed be the level of professionalism that this company showed me today. He took great care and attention to detail throughout. Would recommend this business to anyone I know due to a very solid first impression. I always see the company vans around but now I know they have a lot more going for them than just branding. Thanks Air Tech

  Air-Tech is the best choice in Pasadena and beyond. We've had them service multiple houses as well install a split system in our garage. Each time their techs have been incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and understanding of our needs. They make sure our entire HVAC is running as perfect as can be. Strongly recommend their yearly maintenance package as it will save you thousands in the long run, especially now with the cost of everything skyrocketing.   Absolutely would never use this company. They are pushy to get you to do a review When they haven’t even provided any service or follow up. They came to my house, and i specifically told them what hvax brand i wanted installed, and they sent me a quote for A completely different brand that I told him at least three times I absolutely did not want. told My house is only 980 ft.² very well-maintained and they actually quoted me over $31000 for a single speed HVAC three times higher than any other HVAC vendor. They never followed up With me after spending a long time at my house and then dump this outrageous quote and have sent me three request to do a review which I didn’t want to do as It was not favorable, but since they’ve Been so pushy for the third time To give them a review, I guess I have to be honest about my experience. I have been in corporate America for over 35 years, theway they treated me deserves zero stars. I was very clear on the brand that I wanted to install for an HVAC and they sent me the totally wrong one and wrong size and three times overpriced from what other vendors offered.

  I had a fantastic experience with Air-Tech when my AC suddenly stopped working. From the moment I called, their team was prompt, courteous, and incredibly professional. Their technician Anthony, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed in no time—all while clearly explaining what was wrong and how they were resolving it. What really stood out was Anthony’s competence and attention to detail. And his very friendly demeanor with the customer. His was very patient and didn’t just patch things up—he made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Their pricing was very reasonable, with no surprise fees or upselling. If you're looking for an AC company that’s reliable, skilled, and fair, I highly recommend them. They’ve earned my trust and future business!

  As always, AirTech delivers excellent service. Our technicians, Fidencio and Levi were on time, professional, respectful and efficient. Fidencio provided suggestions on proper maintenance to extend the life of the system. Both Fidencio and Levi are awesome and a great asset to AirTech.
