Andrew arrived he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Andrew found a very difficult to find leak on the outdoor heat pump. He repaired the leak, replaced the liquid line drier and recharged the system. That was over a week ago and the air conditioner is still running great! If you have any HVAC needs definitely give Air Specialty call. Thank you Air Specialty!!

He discovered a partially block drain, and cleared it before it became an issue. The technicians are great here. They are the reason I have continued doing business with this company over the years.

Them explained everything. I would highly recommend these guys to put a system in or work on one you already have.

Extremely affordable considering the peace of mind I get by having them do the service. Every technician we have ever had is prompt, communicative, respectful, and friendly. I haven’t had a single issue with my HVAC system since the house was built 5 years ago, which I credit to the awesome job they do maintaining my HVAC system bi-annually. Also, don’t know his name, but did want to give recognition the technician that came out last time. He is a young guy. Possibly in the 18-24 year old range? Anyways, he went above and beyond… my wife and I had just come home from the hospital from our 2nd child being born a few days prior to the appointment with Air Specialty. By the day of the appointment, my wife and I were both exhausted and catching Z’s anytime the baby would let us (while our 2 year old was at daycare). I let the technician in the door and decided I’d work on something on my computer while he was here doing the maintenance, so my wife could nap while the baby napped (both on couch). The technician noticed my wife nodding off with the baby, and worked like a brain surgeon to do his maintenance while still keeping the house so quiet you could hear a pin drop. I didn’t even realize how quiet he had been until he motioned me towards where he was standing at the front door. I walked over to him and he quietly let me know he didn’t want to wake my wife or the baby, but he wanted to let me know he was finished and that everything looked great. He then told me congratulations on my son’s birth, and quietly left. Awesome, awesome technician, service, and kid.
