I paid a little more than I have with other companies who just look at a couple of things and change the filter, but Air, Inc. includes vacuuming and a combustion test. I had a lot more peace of mind with them. Well worth it. Will call again next year!

I don't understand though why, if there's a remote app that allows them to see that something is wrong why they didn't initiate the service call, and why, when it was just batteries to a sensor, I had to pay $90 when I have a service contract. The ideal situation would have been for Air Inc to notice there was a problem when their system told them, then call me, then send someone who said, oh, just batteries - your service contract covers this.
