  I would give zero stars if I could. I have never dealt with a company that is as unwilling to do their primary function, and that is so apathetic towards their customers as Aiken. They were on their way to remove my bins from my property before I had finished closing, but 4 days after I pay my invoice they neglect to give my bins back to me. This is after they had billed me incorrectly and refused to adjust my invoice to reflect the actual start date of my service after the initial mistake had been corrected. When I brought up my concerns the representative essentially told me that my issue with their billing dates is somehow not their concern, and they refused to respond to any further emails

  I really miss Tri-County. Aiken Refuse, since they came to Hermitage have been inconsistent and incomplete on pickups (knocked over bins, not emptied, miss days), and are rude and unhelpful. I have addressed issues with them, to the tune of “… take it up with the city” - when clearly billing dilemmas & service quality are the responsibility of Aiken. If you are a city or town administrator reading this - spend the money. Nearly everyone in Hermitage is dissatisfied and helpless with this company.

  The absolute worst company i have ever seen in my life. Shut my service off for $20 but yet you charge me even when you aren't picking up my garbage. But you say its mandatory. Why am i paying for service when you're NOT servicing my address. Great job Hermitage, you have done us such a great service picking the idiots who can't even puck jp on the scheduled days, you're drivers are constantly knocking people's cans over. I didn't agree yo this company and i sure didn't sign NO CONTRACT. Talk about being ripped off

  Great Service !!!! Yesterday was Monday and our normal pick up day in Volant. I live at 307 Oregon a road. I assumed the driver would come Tuesday due to the Holiday. I was wrong. He came Memorial Day. My can was at the top of my driveway next to my garage. HE walked up the driveway, and took my can and emptied it. This was GREAT Service and I appreciate it. Thank you
