  After talking to Lisa, i know that if we decide that we have an infestation, we will go to no one other than Aiken Pest Control. A clear communicator about treatment options, providing highlights of their services and insight about our problem, all without the sales-like pressure that i was anxious about expecting to encounter. Best experience ive ever had with a consultation, and if we decide we end up having to use your services i wont be hesitant to make the call!

  This was our first terming inspection with Chris. Though we’ve had great service from Aiken Pest Control in the past, I don’t think I’ve heard so much activity in my crawl space as I did on this service. I am extrremely appreciate of Chris’ thoroughness!

  My inspector was Joshua, he his amazing. He answer any and all questions you may have. Joshua will respond to messg left at office for him in a timely manner. All I can say this is my third time using this services from Aiken Pest control and they have not let me down. Even the office staff have been very perfessional. I will always recommend them first to anyone. Nore:: thank you Joshua, for all you have done for me without stressing me out and always getting the job done as a perfessional. I truly appreciate you.   I called Aiken Pest Control for an appointment to have a large yellow jacket nest treated. I was scared to even go in my backyard because there were so many of them and they were super aggressive. I spoke to customer service to schedule and they sent a tech, Scott, out same day (within just a few hours of me requesting!) Scott was very kind and patient, answered my many questions, and gave thorough explanations. Never once seemed rushed or like my questions were a bother. He even said he would return in a few days just to make sure they were fully eradicated! Definitely recommend Aiken Pest Control and Scott deserves 10 stars!
