A great hotel. So interesting to look at. Rooms spacious and comfortable and fantastic. Aesthetically, poshposh modern. Bar is super. And the price is far less than what the hotel is worth. And smack dab in the middle of the most unique part of San Antonio.

I read a bunch of reviews before booking so I was a bit nervous because the reviews were mixed, but my partner and myself were pleasantly surprised and impressed with our stay here! The aesthetic, vibe, service, cleanliness just everything was on point. We enjoyed ourselves and definitely will be staying again!

I’m like pleasantly surprised!!! I almost stayed in the Comfort Suites for around the same size but soooo glad I swapped it up. Had an event at the Henry B Gonzalez and this is very walkable, even at night, the area seems very active and safe, very well lit.
The hotel lobby smells nice, cute atmosphere and decor, and the staff is helpful. The rooms are so spacious and clean and the sheets are so comfortable!!!
Need to mention it’s valet parking only and $30/night. But that being said with everything else it makes it worth it!!! Looking forward to staying here again.

The hotel, service location is excellent. Like the decor everyone is helpful and friendly. Room was clean and nice. Only problem is the noise. You can hear EVERYTHING outside very loud. You can hear the cars music, people’s conversations, seems like there is no insulation in the room wall. You can also hear noises from other rooms. Again the location is great love the parking but we heard club music till 3 am and Cars accelerating loudly outside. Kept waking up to car noise, people talking, club music, car music etc.

After an 11 night stay, I’ll give you the good, the bad, and the ugly. The good- located within a short walk to downtown. Many great restaurants just across the street. Farmers market across the street on the weekend. Very contemporary if you’re into that. Great for content creators. Walking distance to Alodome. Very quite, I never heard my neighbors or the elevator I was located right next to. Rooms are good sized. The bad- bed is firm and pillows are cheap. There is minimal street parking and valet is $30 a night. I wasn’t able to enjoy the speak easy, because they didn’t inform me I needed a reservation. The quality of everything in the hotel, feels like they slapped lipstick on a Best Western. The ugly- my TV turned on automatically every night at 2:30 am. I tried to get it fixed, with no resolution. I finally had to start remembering to unplug it. Most of the staff was really friendly, however Juan/Jose at the front desk (can’t remember his name) doesn’t have a customer service bone in his body. I even mentioned an incident with him to management, only to encounter another experience with him that was atrocious. All in all, it was an okay stay, but I wouldn’t stay again.
