  This place was a Godsend to us. We had originally booked rooms at the Meriwether County Inn and the rooms were absolutely disgusting! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating! The rooms were clean and the views were stunning! They even reopened the bar for us after a wedding we got back from. I would highly recommend this place. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the gorgeous giant gazebo and outdoor sitting area!

  We always enjoy our stay at the Aiden in Warm Springs. Nilay Patel was efficient and kind while checking us in. He is an asset to the hotel. Also, Octavia who was running the bar and restaurant. We appreciate the view and tge rooms. A good experience overall.

  Love this place beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is great lunch is great. 5***** hotel with beautiful views on the mountains. I would highly recommend y’all come visit. Come see Jack he will hook y’all up.

  I was placed on hold for 23 minutes by someone that could not tell me the price of a room. Cody stated he was just trying to get used to the computer equipment and asked if I could call the general manager at home to find out the price at 11:35 PM at night. What kind of rickety garbage is this? I can assure you this is not the kind of place you want to do business with.

  My fiancée and I love to stay here, the customer service is amazing, Nilay Patel exhibited amazing customer service during my last stay. I can't get past the seclusion of this hotel, couple it with the scenery and you have the perfect getaway.
