  Hi all, wanted to share the exceptional experience I had here. The location is unbeatable. But the people who run it are what really makes it a gem. Lonnie, the manager, and his office staff team, are absolute rockstars. I have never experienced customer service this good at a hotel in my life – A+, exceptional. There was an issue with the room, and he went out of his way to refund me more than I asked and spoke with me in person. He is kind and has a lot of integrity. Melody, one of the workers there, is amazing, and also went out of her way to accommodate some unique requests I had re practicing my music and printing long documents. Micah as well was really good to me, friendly and personable. I appreciate all of you and highly recommend this place to everyone!

  Room smells of smoke. Refrigerator ran all night. Reservation made over a month in advance. Room had no Mountain View

  I love the hotel so much. Quite clean with a very friendly staff. The best part was looking out the star at the balcony.

  Nicely appointed and landscaped. Delicious hot breakfast included. Very clean rooms. I was especially impressed with the features for ♿ Accessibility. I would stay there again.
