- SSSeith SawyerOct 18, 20252.0Really wanted to score this location a 1 star but corporate came in and saved the day. So THANK YOU to corporate (Best Western). Reason I marked it 2 star was because the associate was following what management laid out as policy. This policy, that neither myself or my wife have never encountered, was that this location withdrew all the funds at once including the security deposit even if you had a reservation. Most people pinch and save to get away on vacation but if you are wanting to choose this location to get away please be aware that they will require all the funds at once. We were just simply trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of our work as we both lead and are in charge of other associates.

I booked a fully refundable room here for 3 nights and notified them that I had a family emergency and would only be able to stay 2 nights. The front desk said that it would be fine and not to worry. When I went to check out I was notified that the manager (Steven Adams) did not approve the early check out and that they would be charging full price! I told them that I have stayed at dozens of Best Westerns and have never had an issue. They stated that they are privately owned and can do what they want. This is a horrible hotel with a horrible manager (Steven Adams). Please take your business elsewhere.
