    Overall terrible stay, rooms not clean , lobby bathroom not cleaned in 4 days. Wanted to go to another hotel but they were all booked or closed for season.Very surprised Best Western is allowing this hotel to keep operating under their name

    Everything seemed to be great the first Night we spent there for very accommodating so we decided to spend another night that seemed not that great kids were running through the halls. We were sitting in the lobby trying to enjoy a little bit of quiet time. We had kids jumping over on top of us they were playing manhunt crawling under our chairs at 10 o’clock at night. We decided to go back to our room went to sleep, packed up the next day, and it was alarming when I looked down by where they keep the iron. I found a dead cockroach. I brought it to the front desk, showed it to him acted like they didn’t care so I was not too thrilled with that. so I had to bring all my luggage home, left it outside made sure I didn’t bring anything home with me. They didn’t even seem to be bothered by it at all. I handed them a dead cockroach in a cup that I was in a room and there was no response when I brought it to the front desk so no, I would never stay there again. When I mentioned about the kids running through the holes, they said there was nothing they could do about that either Very disappointed in My experience in this hotel. I would’ve had a photo of the cockroach, but I really thought I would’ve gotten more of a response out of the front desk when I handed it to them and didn’t think anything about taking a picture of it. They did not seem surprised by it at all.

    It's fine, a little pricey but the location probably commands that. The first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but rhe front desk changed it out quickly. Nice breakfast with helpful staff.

    DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! Our stay was 9/23-/25-9/26/25 We reserved a handicap room with a roll in shower and were given a handicap room with a tub and a shower chair This type of room DID NOT accommodate my husband’s needs. The manager did NOTHING to compensate for this error. She was extremely RUDE The hotel had a TERRIBLE chemical cleaning smell that permeated throughout the entire property The smell lingered on all our clothes and luggage and we had to air out our bags when we got home.

    For starters we booked a room with a king bed and a roll in shower which i need as i am a bilateral below knee amputee. We were given a room with a king bed and a bath tub with a shower chair. Could not use tge shower chair because it did not fit in the tub. Nor could i get safely on the shower chair. The whole place smelled like disinfectant that was trying to mask some other smell. The staff was rude and condescending when we tried to get the type of accomodation we had booked. We were told that we made a mistake when we booked the room as we were directed to a 3rd party site from the hotels web site. They were not reallyinterested in helping us out and kept telling us it was our error not theirs. After a while we knew they were not going to help us and if we left they were still going to charge us. We were offered a gatorade or something from the candy candy stand for our inconvience. At check out my wife was told by a different employee that she would talk to a different manager and call us later that day. We are still waiting for that call. Not holding my breath. All in all onr of the worst hotel experiences of our life.
