  We are having some serious problems in our apartment. We have emailed staff probably upwards of 10 times asking questions with no response. We try to go to their office but unfortunately aren’t there most of the time. Unanswered maintenance requests for months, the trash situation has become out of control. Residents treat this place horribly which is very unfortunate because it really is beautifully built. We have had a noise problem with our neighbors which has not only been emailed about but called about and not addressed. For what we pay, this is honestly a little ridiculous. I’d love for staff to message us and get these issues resolved and hopefully have a better experience.

  Going on 2 months with a broken washer and dryer. I followed protocol like they told me to but 2 months of me paying for something that doesn’t work is unfair. The worst part of it is that I called every week and I got the same answer “ the order is on hold “ I asked the front desk girl 3x already to ask maintenance when he put the order in for the warranty and to ask how long it’s gonna take the warranty company to come out and fix issue. And as always the office never returns the call backs or even decency to keep me posted. The office customer service is a 3/10 I hope corporate can get back to me on a better answer because 2 months is a little too much to go with out using…

  I moved in last year October, I was excited everything was very nice but I'm going to be honest aside from your space, everything else is trash. Tried contacting management on numerous occasions. Recently due to the weird ass renewal process that happens 6 MONTHS before you lease ends. Also, apparently they offer different deals for different people in terms of leasing arrangements. I was only given a 12 month lease just to find out they go up to 18 and that would have been nice to know considering the rent was an introductory rate and now they are charging more for an extremely dirty campus and people who will not respond via email or phone calls. I been waiting so long for what should be a simple answer I just had to renew my lease without because it's getting close to my time up. Extremely disappointing and I would STILL like to recieve an answer for my questions. 2.5 phone calls with no answers to questions is beyond me cause without a doubt you gone want your rent in a timely manner. This may be the last time I'm here. Bad ass bebe kids everywhere. Pool always packed! Gym always dirty with broken equipment. But you wana charge me $50 for holding my trash outside my door when I'm cleaning the inside of my place. Gtfoh!!

  I LOVE Agave House Apartments. The spacious, state of the art, accomodations are beautiful. Top of the line appliances, pool, and the stackable washer/dryer is large enough to do sheets. Tiffany, Ja'Michael, and Amber are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend these apartments.
