I wasn’t really expecting anything until Monday at the earliest but he was able to answer my question. That’s great costumer service. I would definitely buy from them again.

- SMShitbox MotorsportsJul 15, 20251.0***This is my second review as the first one I tried to leave on the device itself wasn't approved after 2 weeks*** The tuner did nothing when I got it installed, psi power had me mail it back to them for a " hot tune" now its actually working however the motorhome shakes a ton trying to get up to speed, other tuners are saying its the ecm defueling to control the boost level because psi power doesn't tap into anything for a boost fooler. So the factory ecm sees the rv building more boost then its supposed to and it starts to defuel. The added power is only there until the turbo spools up then its making less power then stock. The original tunes sent on the device didn't help in any way. The advertisement of 30% more power and torque is actually 30-35hp for the regular tunes sold on the device and 45-50hp for the hot tune that they flashed onto afterwards. After removing the device the rv drives like normal. The price and headaches for something that doesn't work is the worst part.
