  My vehicle was towed by Affordable Towing to their holding lot. I asked to come get my belongings, I was told give them a notice, which I did. Then I sat for almost an hr after I was told someone was almost there. The driver then called me to get a time to be there, he had no idea I had been there waiting! The very next day I wanted to pay to have my vehicle released. It was a HUGE ordeal. I was told they could set my vehicle out for $50, since I had another company coming to pick it up.(I had been told this information two or three times) I agreed to this. Then they called back and said never mind they can’t do that. I must drive it away, but they wouldn’t let us jump start it on their lot! They offered to jump start it for $92!!!! They knew we had no way to drive it away, so they thought they could get more money, because that was the only option!! We didn’t know if jump starting would even work, so we turned that option down. Then they said they could just tow it to my home for $92. We took this offer. We were told they would tow it to my house, prove ownership and pay when it arrived at my home. After this was all set up, they call back about 20 minutes later and say they can’t do that. Someone must meet the driver, show proof, pay, then they would tow it. This was an all day ordeal back and forth with them!!!! They need to get their information straight before telling people things! I had to rearrange things several times because they kept changing their information. Also, the dispatchers were rude at times and sounded like they were in a major rush to get off the phone. I felt as though they were tired of dealing with me, but if they would get their information straight, I wouldn’t have had to be on the phone with them all day! Will never use or recommend this company or Dad’s, which is their “sister” company!!!

  Affordable is a loose term. Wanted to charge me $211 to go from Creekside at Station Camp to Saundersville Road.

  The dispatcher answering the phones said that she didn't know where Cottontown, Tennessee was located. In this day of Internet service, map services and Google Maps...you can't even look up a city? So as I gave directions, she repeated she didn't know where Cottontown was, and hung up on me. So if a towing service can't look up where Cottontown city is located, that is surprising to me. The city is only 15 miles from Hendersoville. Don't hang up on the phone on someone because you are confused...it is very rude. Others reading this may think that I got rude, and that may be why I got hung up on. Yeah...no...no rudeness from my end. I just got so annoyed to get hung up on, that I decided to write this review. I don't know how their wrecker service is (and will now never know), but their personal skills are horrible. And I don't recommend a service that apparently doesn't have the ability to look up a city only 15 miles away from their location.

  My daughter found herself with a wheel off in a ditch and the car resting on the frame. I called affordable. Jason was on site within 30 minutes. Anothet 10 minutes the car was back on the pavement. He was professional, quick, and most if all experienced. I cant recommend him enough.
