  This guy’s whole approach is just drilling out locks and damaging them to get them open. I don’t know how he can even call himself a locksmith. Find someone else and don’t waste your time on this guy.

  They're really fast. Its too bad that immediate service on demand is so expensive, lol. I think it could be a smidge cheaper for the desperate. But the alternative, staying locked out, is unthinkable, so I'm glad they are there. I'm motivated to find a solution to my chronic absentmindedness and that's probably a good thing. If they were cheaper perhaps they'd be enabling my thoughtlessness...anyway, they get there quickly and open car in 30 seconds.

  Awesome team! My husband and I were on our way to the movies and locked ourselves out of our apartment along with our car keys 😭. We called at 5PM They got to our place exactly 45 min as they said. Got the door unlocked by 5:55pm. We paid and headed out to a 6:30PM showing. Excellent service! Highly recommend. Jeremy was great in getting the job done quickly on site.

  Awesome group of people. I bought an Isuzu Axiom at an auction with no key. I called Affordable (name says it all), they ordered the key, came to my house and had it turned on and running in no time. Zack is great, knowledgeable, and just a good guy. Thanks to all of you at affordable locksmith!

  This guy is completely unprofessional. I called to ask for a part and get hung up on. I continued calling back and he finally answered and I asked if he hangs up on all his potential customers. He stated I already asked him about a part and I need to call his son and he sent me a text message. He never sent a text, but I hung up. He then called me back and said "so that's all you wanted to do was call me back to hang up on me right?" And then hung up on me again. I texted him back telling him he was a disgrace to security professionals (I am in security) everywhere and he then told me I should go back to the mainland where I belong. Stay very far away from this "security professional" that clearly knows nothing about customer service or basic decency. ***EDIT Rick called me about 5 minutes after I posted this review (or on Google) and said "Thanks for the review. That's what I'm talking about with you mainland people. You think that's going to affect my business? It won't. F***ing a**hole." and then hung up on me again. Rick, if this review isn't going to affect your business, why even bother calling to call me names like we're 12?
