  Wow! What a journey my family has been on over the last several months, and we truly appreciate the role Nathan Reddick played. We truly appreciated the patience he had while we overcame obstacles, shifted plans, and made decisions. After looking at some lot models and listening to us talk about things we liked/disliked, he pulled us into the office to show us a floor plan that wasn't on the lot. We loved it! Not only did he work with the Crestview location, which had one on its lot, but he also came out to walk it with us. He immediately helped us get paperwork going and stayed in constant communication. We recently closed and can't wait to be in our home! Thanks, Nathan!

  Genuinely the worst & cheapest quality homes. The managers had absolutely no idea what was going on, placed the wrong house on my property & the houses come with roaches because apparently if the houses sit “too long” then German roaches love to live inside them. The guest bathroom shower never worked & they had to come back several times to fix it because they didn’t have the “right part.” This place is an absolute scam & I feel terrible for everyone that has to live in these homes. Specifically from defuniak springs.

She holds a vast knowledge of the industry, the materials used in construction, standard and upgrade features, and the ratings of the companies that build the homes. She clarified in specific details the flow of the process from purchasing, permitting, and siting a home. I appreciated that Jamie was always reachable and addressed any matters that arose. Because of her dedication to my situation, the process was smooth from start to closing. I recommend Jamie because she understands the manufactured home industry; she works successfully with city and county departments, and she is always present to keep the process moving forward.
