  Orlando was awesome!!! It was Labor Day weekend and my AC stopped working! My house was 90 degrees and my son had just broken his wrist so I was super stressed but Orlando came out and had it fixed right away!!!

  A+++ Soo Honest, Orlando won't overcharge you. He is professional and very knowledgeable. To our incredible surprise he changed the capacitor in a few min and our A/C was back. We had warm air coming out of the vents. Called big A/C company we used for years. Tech said we had a bad capacitor, than disconnected the compressor and told us to change the whole unit because it's old. Quote was $11,500. Called a second company and the tech said the same thing but his quotes started at 13k. Orlando at Affordable Air was highly recommended to us. Thank you so much Orlando and Affordable Air.   Orlando said he would come out the next day, so the next day he just showed up with out a call to say he was on his way. I was not prepared’ . He went to the a/c unit with his equipment, the next thing I knew he came to me and showed me he just put in 4 pounds of Freon in my unit WITH OUT my knowledge! Who does that! He didn’t ask me, he didn’t confirm this with me. He just did what he wanted to do!! Less than 30 minutes of work & $470.00 later. I was BEYOND upset! I will NEVER EVER deal with this unprofessional company again & I will NEVER recommend him to anyone!! Rating is a NEGATIVE ZERO!

  Orlando and Aldo were very professional and quick to come out and install our new system for a great price. Honest upfront and not trying to upsell expensive stuff. We had nothing but a great experience. Customer service was top-notch from both of them and price was fair.
