The first salt step feels like a cold suction, and there is actually something quite satisfying about the sensation. It is very cleansing, almost like your pores have taken a deep inhale and exhale. The next step with serum feels similar to an ice roller- soothing, cooling. For someone new to the red light, prepare to wear goggles for 20 minutes, but it is WORTH it. At the end, my face looked almost glassy- it actually made my marionette lines disappear temporarily which lasted almost a week!! I would highly recommend this treatment as a go-to before an event, and as a regular part of beauty maintenance!
