  Upon building and closing our brand new home last year and in 2022, the builder installed the wrong type of shower glass, and this company immediately came in and got it done right. Thank you Mark for your attention to detail and your attention to this matter in general, the two gentlemen that installed the door were professional and very sweet. I didn’t remember their names however, one of the guys was training and one guy was very tall and thin with blonde hair. Thank you so much.

  This company was hired by Landsea to do the shower glass, mirrors, and closet shelving inserts in our new house. They held up closing on our house over 3 weeks due to improperly measuring for the shower glass. This resulted in having to reorder the glass a second time. Keep in mind this was a common floor plan that had been built in the community multiple times in conjunction with our house. I had to personally get involved since progress wasn't being made and the communication was poor. We ended up closing on the house without the master shower glass installed, they had to come out the following week to finish. They were also late on the mirrors and closet shelving, with the mirrors being installed the morning we were at closing.

  This company is a subcontractor for Pulte Del Webb in St. Cloud. The worker failed to install my grab bar to code. His incompetence destroyed 2 tiles. Then they sent the same worker to install the new grab bar that messed it up in the first place. It's amazing that this company can keep someone on staff who fails to follow ADA code. As a disabled person my safety has been put in jeopardy.
