- MMMOct 16, 20231.0Credit union has been a pain. Charges a $7 overdraft fees to transfer money between saving and checking accounts, They only transfer the minimum to cover that individual transaction, and don't not give any email or message they have done this. The fees just pile up with every transaction. Was promised that they didn't have overdraft fees when I opened the account but I guess that was a lie.

I have misplaced my card recently and I had to go back and forth from the bank to the third party agency on the phone for four times. After having to do all that, finally a nice lady from the bank has blocked my card and placed an order for a new card. Suggestions: Please have an e-emergency card for the two week period until the new card arrives. Please make it easy for people to block a missing card. I know there are international students, foreign travelers etc etc.
- ZWZey WDec 10, 20211.0I opened the checking account as saving account with 100 bucks. After not using it for 6 months, they charged me 30 dollars and closed my account. They told me I would get my money back if I do direct deposit. So dumb. Stay away from the scammer
- KJKevin JonesJul 27, 20191.0I would rate this place a zero of I could. DO NOT use this credit union if you are not a member. They will charge you $3 to use their ATM and $1 for EVERY transaction that you do, even of you are a member of another credit union.
