- SSSharon SmithDec 27, 20191.0I joined this credit union about 5 yrs ago. When i did the service was great. However, in the past 2 yrs the service is terrible. You go thru the drive thru & the teller doesnt even make her/ his face visible on screen. All you get after 5-10 min of silence is "thank you, you are all set!" Customer service is terrible. If i could give you a minus star i would.
