  I would stay away. I had an issue three weeks ago that Nate came out and spent three hours trying to fix. Finall saying it is a relay and he would have to go to every apartment to check. Nothing for three weeks till I called them and was told “just cancel your account we can’t fix it and we are pulling out of the commercial account”. No excuse for not letting us know. Called Dish and they sent out a professional tech from Gothenburg who fixed the problem in 10 min. Nate could care for customer service and no knowledge of product.

  Bruce and Nathan are awesome and they install the job themselves!! Lisa does a great job trouble-shooting issues in the office. I would call this retailer over the 800 number any day!!
