  While visiting my elderly mother in the Los Angeles area (I live in another state), I noticed that she was badly in need of a new roof. Advanced Roofing Systems had been recommended to her by a neighbor, so she called. Carlos came out a few days later to give us a bid, we decided to hire him, and the following week, the job was done! We greatly appreciated: -the patience with which Carlos and the office staff answered our questions -the quick, courteous and reliable communication -the punctual arrival of the crew each day -the photos showing the crew's progress that were uploaded daily. We are very happy with the end result. Highly recommend!

  We hired Advanced roofing to replace the roof on our apartment building in Long Beach. We did thorough due diligence and went through the quotes we received from Advanced and a couple other roofers in detail. Carlos and his team were organized, punctual and professional. They communicated smoothly with our property manager to coordinate the work. They left the place clean. In my conversation with Carlos, I got a sense that he's pretty genuine and sincere. I would happily do business with this company again!

From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Carlos, the service representative, came out personally to explain all the services they offered. He walked me through the process clearly and provided a fair and honest estimate with no pressure — just transparency and professionalism. The roofing crew, led by foremen Antonio and Frank, along with their hardworking team, did an excellent job. They replaced all of the damaged plywood and installed new fascia boards using high-quality materials — the workmanship is top-notch and truly shows in the final product. They also replaced two skylights, and the difference in both function and appearance is remarkable. The crew was respectful, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Every detail was handled with care, and they left the property clean and tidy when the job was done.
