    As a busy general commercial contractor, we have had a solid partnership with APS for many years on a variety of projects large and small. They are our go-to for low volt/security type work - SOLID and knowledgeable about what they do and the technology that's out there. There is no room for error in our line of work and APS has the expertise and staff to ensure every project is done right and done on time. Great service, friendly staff, fair pricing. Highly recommend!!

    Horrible Experience...AVOID this Business! After 5 months of endless system equipment and software failures and no end in sight for resolutions, it is only fair to post the reality behind doing business this company. UPDATE: 12 months and the SAME ISSUES ONGOING. The only thing that has changed is that I received an anonymous postal letter in response to my review which contained insults an profanity. The sender is under the impression that I didn't confront them face-to-face about the problems. I spoke to every employee who has worked on the issues at the site, as well as the crew supervisors, administrative managers and the owner of APS, face-to-face regarding every issue in my review. And since there's no link in the review regarding the the business name, and it was mailed to my address, it was obviously from someone from APS. So, obviously Hate Mail will be sent to you and your company when you write a review exposing the truth about the poor service, sloppy installation quality and terrible equipment form APS. It just gets worse by the day, week, month, and now a whole year. Nothing has changed except the quality of the recorded images has gotten worse, cameras are dead, and they've our restricted access to make simple configuration adjustments when needed. Their hack installers are inept and unprofessional. Prima Donna's by definition; they are very temperamental with an inflated view of their own talent or importance. They always attempt to sneak off the job without letting anyone know they are finished working, because they know their obvious incompetence will instantly be discovered. If you catch them before they flee the job-site to point out bad workmanship, messes and debris left behind and mistakes or incomplete work, it instantly puts them in "Childlike Behavior" mode and they become unwilling to listen to reasonable requests or critique. At that point, getting them to fix their own blunders becomes impossible and they start making excuses and blame-shifting other installers in their company. The reason you don't see more than two Good reviews is because there probably aren't any. The reason you don't see lots and lots more really bad reviews is because people are fed-up and don't want to waste any more of their time on this company than they have already. Rather than trying to get them to do what they've already been OVERPAID to do, I'd rather inform others to get a list of their customers and see how bad they really are.
