I honestly thought Adorama was a scam website when I first saw the price of the product I wanted. Turns out it most definitely is NOT a scam. I ordered my digital piano/keyboard, scared I was going to be flubbed, but I got confirmation emails, tracking info, and an email that said for me to make sure everything is working well after the delivery. Fantastic communications, 2- day shipping, and the product I received is 100% legit and amazing. Would absolutely recommend to every single one of my friends!

They emailed me, and asked me to call them to provide more details about my Trade-In. So far I have been on hold for more than 2 hours and 45 minutes.
I also emailed their Customer Service email 4 days ago with questions and nobody from there has reaponded to me.
This is my first time trying to be a customer of theirs, and I find it unfathomable and worrisome that they make it this difficult to communicate and become a customer.

I ordered a used camera from Adorama online. The shipping was a bit slower than I would have preferred, after being spoiled by Amazon delivery speeds, and I don't recall having a shipping choice - though to be fair I probably would have selected the cheapest shipping and it would have come at the same speed and maybe I did that without remembering.
That said, the camera itself is fantastic. The "average" condition grading was accurate, but (and perhaps I was lucky here) this seemed to be entirely due to a couple of very light scratches on the viewscreen that I didn't even notice until I went looking for why it was rated + priced so low for how good the condition seems to be overall. I thought the camera looked brand new on first glance!
Overall I am very pleased with the experience. I bought this camera primarily for my child to use for a photography class, and for me to use on a rare occasion as well. But since this turned out so well and is such a big upgrade from our older (20+ year) DSLRs, now I'm wondering when I might get on to finding another used camera at Adorama, this time for myself!

Bought a camera in June and was going back and forth with customer service for 3.5 months trying to get the accessories that were listed in the product with no success.
Then comes Eric in the used camera department. Eric is fantastic. By far the best customer service I’ve gotten anywhere. Eric deserves a million stars. Lars at the warehouse deserves negative stars. We’ll call it 3 stars here, but Eric needs a raise and whatever else you can give him

** Caution if you’re buying used: It doesn’t seem like they check the cameras before they ship them out ** Bought a used digital camera online and it shipped quickly. However, when I got it, it wouldn’t turn on with the battery Adorama provided, so it’s clear they didn’t check if the camera was working before shipping it. They sent two replacement batteries for free. Only one worked, so I went to the physical store to see if it was a battery or camera body problem. Will was helpful and we figured the issue was that 2/3 of the batteries Adorama sent me were non-functioning. Then! Thank god I asked to try a lens in the store because I did and then with every shutter click the camera shut off. Will confirmed and recommended I return it. This was also a headache because I purchased the camera and then Adorama closed for a week for a holiday, so it was a journey to get this squared away. Probably wouldn’t buy used from them online again.
