  They are always shutting our water off with out notice. There isn't an emergency maintenance number. We have been promised so many things that they never do. The only thing you can count on is them raising the lot rent

  Nice friendly little mobile home park nobody really bothers anyone and the office staff is very friendly ms Tiffany always goes above and beyond to make sure Everything runs smoothly and fixes any issues you have keep up the amazing work

  I have lived out here for several years and it's a quiet little place, nobody bothers anybody. And our office manager is amazing. Ms. Tiffany, goes above and beyond to make sure that everybody here. It's taken care of and that we have everything we need and fixes things in a very timely manner. I have never lived in such a place. Where the office staff makes you feel welcomed every time you come through the door... thank you Tiffany, for absolutely everything you do for this place. You're a very hard-working and ambitious woman. And things have gotten so much better around here since you have taken over, keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍 🥰

  The office women was very nice that's why I didn't hesitate to give $100 for the application. I wasn't approved because of CREDIT. I'm a single mom of 2 special needs adult children. We have the income 3x over but my credit! WOW CREDIT RUNS THE WORLD THANKS
