i filled out an app on indeed on the description it says individuals with a criminal background are encouraged to apply...it even says its a FairChance employer lol...after filling out the app i calles the maplewood location in St.Louis and was told that i cannot have anything on my background within 7 years....so which one is it do u hire individuals with a criminal background or u do but it has to be past 7 years and if so it should state that in the description....
