  My initial call back around the end of July, a lady by the name of Ms. Lisa answered and was very helpful and I advised her that once I got my items ready I would go on line and check for the size storage I wanted. Well on yesterday I did just that however I have a few additional questions before I complete the online rental. Here is my complaint: 1. Call twice on 9/4/2025; left messages both times. 2. Called again today; left message. 3. Trying to give the NEW BUSINESS GRACE; I came to the location. Upon arriving, for safety reason...I assume..the automated doors so not open BUT I SEE SOMEONE INSIDE (sweeping) AND I AM 10,000% sure she saw me. Well, I immediately retuen to my car and began this REVIEW!!!! GUESS WHO walks out the building puts something in the trash 🗑! I roll my windows down and say excuse me. She keeps walking! Again, I am practicing GRACE all year long. At this point, I am driving to another STORAGE LOCATION and spend my $$ with them. At this point ADAMS AVENUE STORAGE DOWNTOWN gets ZERO STARS FROM ME. UNEXPECTED 😲!

  Very clean storage! Secure code to enter building adds another level of security. Good location, good prices. Military, along with other discounts, makes it more affordable.

  Nice clean facility - lots of different options in storage sizes! Affordable and convenient to downtown and Mid-town Montgomery - we would recommend!

  Very easy to use with many storage units of various sizes. Well lit and clean. Very convenient and secure.
