  I used these guys for my small business taxes the last two years. The people in this office are utterly incompetent. I still haven't received my 2023 federal refund because my return was filed incorrectly, with the wrong EIN and information on my Schedule C. I told Amanda, the CPA about the wrong EIN in May of last year. She said it did not need to be corrected. I didn't find out until December that it did. She refiled but still incorrectly because she put the withholding in the wrong place on my tax return so still, the IRS is hounding me and charging me penalties every day and saying I owe them money because she didn't file my taxes correctly. Because my 2023 refund was still pending, I decided to stick with her for 2024. She was going to inflate my gross income by $300k and thought that was ok. This was due to a massive string of mistakes by one of their bookkeepers where she deleted a bunch of transactions from my QBO and categorized income in the wrong year for my accrual accounting.They charged me $4000 for that. She also deleted a credit card from my account, re added it which created a lot of duplicate entries and further wrecked the accounting. Basically, no one knows what they're doing so steer clear of these guys. The latest is that Amanda, the CPA, cannot be bothered to followup and fix my 2023 return and instead is directing me to a tax advocate while they are sending me a bill for filing my 2024 taxes.
