I was expecting to have to wait a day or two to get it replaced, but when I spoke to Lynn she told me she would try to rearrange a few things to get it taken care of that day. And she did!!! She sent Jason (Very friendly, knowledgeable...and cleaned up afterward!) and he had it installed and working by 5:00PM. My wife was taking a hot shower at 6:00PM.
