  I had a flood caused by a new washer install. I called Action and Ryan was insight in under 2 hours. He was extremely helpful- answering questions and giving me several options which ultimately saved me money in the future, very efficient, affable, and thorough. I will definitely be calling Action again in the future. (Though hopefully not too near in the future. lol)

  We will never use this company again. A few years ago, we hired them to install a water softener. They tried to charge us $400 for two brass elbows and a short 2-inch pipe — a completely inflated and unjustified cost. I’m not a plumber, but I know basic hardware doesn’t come close to that price. Thankfully, I challenged it and got a refund. Fast forward to now: I decided (regrettably) to give them a second chance. We had been experiencing a gas smell in our home. Both the fire department and gas company came out and said the gas lines themselves tested fine, so it was likely an appliance issue. I called Action and clearly explained the situation, emphasizing that I needed the appliances checked. They sent out a plumber — not an HVAC technician — who essentially did the same surface check the gas company already did. He found nothing, charged us $300, and left. That same day, the gas smell persisted, and my child became sick. When I called Action in a panic, they casually informed me that they had sent the wrong specialist and would now send an HVAC technician. The HVAC tech arrived and — within 2 minutes — confirmed a gas leak coming from our furnace. Let me be clear: My child developed symptoms of gas poisoning because Action Plumbing sent the wrong technician and failed to diagnose a dangerous gas leak. This was gross negligence. Gas leaks are not just inconvenient — they’re deadly. Action Plumbing: you failed us. You had a chance to fix a potentially life-threatening issue and didn’t take it seriously. You caused unnecessary risk and suffering due to your internal miscommunication and lack of accountability. Do better!

  Over $800 to shorten 2 pipes by an inch and add a new spigot on each. They were here less than an hour (including paperwork time in their van). Won't call them again. FYI: Guy said, "it doesn't matter if they're here 8 hours or 30 min. The price is the price. We don't charge an hourly for service anymore.

  I received service the next day. Sean took care of the furnace problems and did the needed plumbing work efficiently. Very happy.

  We moved our toliet and sink to repair the basement flooring over the weekend and of course, they broke and leaked when we put them back. Called Action Monday morning and Adam was out by the afternoon. He fixed the toliet and helped me create a plan to replace the sink. I do think they charge more, but I think its because they are set up to come out as soon as possible when a repair really needs to get done. Very responsive and professional - and worth it.
