  If I could give more stars I would! I went into the vet yesterday as a first time client. Unfortunately, my cat was at the end of his life. To say I was unprepared is an understatement. The lovely staff at this facility were incredibly accommodating and compassionate. They made it feel as though they loved my boy as I did. Like everyone in this economy, our money is tight. These folks took countless trips in and out of the exam room trying to do everything they could to help me find a way to financially cover what needed to be done. It’s not often a business makes me feel that cared for. I will definitely be using this veterinary clinic in the future. Any place that can show the type of empathy that this clinic did deserves every bit of praise and loyalty. Thank you so much Acres Mill for your help and kindness. Y’all were truly a light in a very dark day.

  We have a lovely, sweet Leena the Bombay Cat, all of 6.7 pounds of pure black love. But she has one foible, she does not want to go to the vet and we are not good enough to clip her nails properly. (We are in our mid-80s. ) So, the perfect solution is Acres Mill and one of their STAR Vet Techs, Miss Julie. We had a quiet talk with Leena post visit to Acres Mill today. She heaped praise on Miss Julie, saying the she was now her second Cat Mama, after my wife! All the way to the vet, Leena volalized her displeasure, but after a short visit with Miss Julie, she was all smiles, calm, and clearly loved her vet spa experience. She now loves 'getting her nails done! Thanxxx, Miss Julie!

  I don’t think I have ever done a review or that I ever will again. After saying goodbye to my Norman yesterday I feel compelled to let people know how wonderful everyone at Acres Mil has been to me and my little boy since I started going here a few years ago. My mom took her dog her for many years which is why I started going when I moved closer to them. From Dr. Stewart to Bailey at the front desk and everyone who’s name I don’t recall right now I am so grateful everything. They were always so helpful and great at working me in whenever I needed to come in especially in the last six months when my boys 15 years caught up with him. Dr Stewart was always great at explaining what was going on and what my options were and was equally as great when it was time to say goodbye. If you need great personnel care for your pets I highly recommend them. David Lomax
