  Electricians Shane and Jay came to our residence October 14 to take out our 32 year old 100 amp service to reinstall a new 200 amp service with all the “bells and whistles.” They were very friendly, professional, and they cleaned up all their trash. Obtaining a quote and scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. They finished up sooner than estimated, too. We call that top-notch service!

  Thanks to Jay, I have new fixtures installed and my electrical issues on the first floor are resolved. Who knew a switches could break and cause all those failures…Jay knew! What a great guy. Professional, friendly service. He talked me through the entire process, and I loved learning the practical and tactical alongside a funny, upbeat guy. Many thanks.

  I first called Acosta in July when our air conditioner broke. Arath G was at our house that same day. He was professional and explained everything. He repaired the air conditioner that same day. We then signed up for Acosta maintenance plan. Shane, Juan and Kevin were amazing in replacing our almost 20 year old unit. Eric explained all our options clearly. I would highly recommend Acosta. The Acosta team members were above and beyond all experiences I have had over the years with other companies. I will use Acosta exclusively from now on.

  Acosta either tried to scam us or they don’t know what they are doing. They spend over 3 months and still did not fix our ac. Our business lost a lot of customers due to no ac. We hired Acosta to fix our broken ac in our building in June. The first time they showed up they said the compressor was broken so they changed our compressor, which was under warranty, so we just had to pay for labor and refrigerant, which was almost $3000. When they finished, the ac still did not work. Throughout the next few weeks they came and looked at it a few times and said more parts needed to be replaced. Every time a different technician came out it was a new problem every time. We waited over 3 months without ac for them to finally say that the entire ac system needs to be repaired, and they wanted another $7000 to continue repairing it, which we declined. Their technicians did not seem to know what they were doing so we hired a different company to look at it. The new company found out that Acosta had wired the compressor incorrectly and some other wiring was installed improperly. The new company spent about 1 hour fixing Acosta’s wiring mistakes, and our ac was working again. When we told Acosta about their mistakes, they did not apologize or acknowledge their mistake but instead said they did everything correctly.

  They did really phenomenal work! They came withing 36 hours of me making my appointment. I needed both AC and Furnance replaced. Thier technician Eric did a walk through and showed me the process for replacing my units, gave me in depth overview of my options, and provided me a great deal on some unit options. Installation was just as smooth. Christian and Luis were prompt and ready first thing in the morning. My previous utility closet holding my furnace was very unorganized with piping and wires. They organized the space so well and made a new layout of piping for easy access. Installation only took half the day and they removed all garbage. Very fortunate to have such great service!
