  I’ve called 3 times to schedule someone to come check out my pool they tell me the date and window of time they’ll come and they never showed up.

  Acme Pool in Yuma is great! Whenever my husband and I have issues with our pool and spa, they always are more than willing to help us out. Jen is the best and provides excellence customer service every time we go in. Both her and Angel definitely are extremely knowledgeable and know their pool stuff! One last thing, Acme Pools is very responsive and dependable! They are our “Go to Place” for all our pool needs!!

  Acme Pools did an outstanding job during the pool installation process. We were kept informed with regular updates for progress, inspections, etc. The construction crew was prompt each day, worked hard during the heat of summer and even made friends with our dogs. We were so pleased with construction that we decided to use Acme for our pool service as well. Our technician has answered all my questions as a first-time pool owner and provided insight for maintaining our pool in between twice weekly cleaning visits. We had delayed installing a pool because we heard horror stories about pool companies being shady, running off with people’s money and generally being difficult to deal with as a consumer. This has NOT been our experience with Acme. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable in their industry. Definitely recommend Acme if you are considering investing in a pool or simply looking for maintenance of an existing pool.

  Love this pool company and especially field supervisor Emilio. Twice I’ve had pool parties scheduled and had issues that needed attention and Emilio was there within minutes to fix the problem and save the day. Please give him a raise. Ty, Emilio, from the bottom of my heart.
