I never write reviews but I had to show support to this company! Tony went above and beyond to help me through the process- I had originally used another company and ended up having to pay multiple people to correct their inspection that had false findings on their statement. Finding Tony was a godsend, he is extremely knowledgeable, it is so rare these day to find someone who took the time to talk through process and steps to move forward. I 100% trust and couldn’t recommend this company more.

Michael and his team are the best. This is the second time we used them and no complaints. Buying a home is hard and we did not need any added stress. His inspections are thorough and easy to understand. We need exactly what we were buying. His team is also very professional.

Michael conducted a very detailed and honest inspection. He confirmed that work on the house I had under contract was very very well done, however he found evidence of water intrusion in the attic. The seller did not want to test the rest of the house for mold and I cancelled the contract. Michael's work saved me from a potentially disastrous purchase and I am eternally grateful. He was very professional, thorough, and his price was extremely fair. I will recommend him to everyone in the future.

BPG came out to my house when I needed an updated 4 point inspection for insurance. They were on time, neat and the entire process didn't take all that long. They provided me with some suggestions as well that were very helpful. Highly recommended!
Why should I hire a luxury home inspector for my high-end property?
Hiring a luxury home inspector ensures that your high-end property receives a thorough and detailed inspection. Luxury homes often have unique features and high-end systems that require specialized knowledge and expertise to evaluate accurately. A luxury home inspector will have the experience and understanding of these specific elements, providing you with a comprehensive assessment of your property's condition.
What questions should I ask a luxury home inspector?
Experience and Qualifications
Scope of Inspection
How long have you specialized in luxury home inspections?
What is your background in construction or engineering?
How long does a luxury home inspection usually take?
The duration of a luxury home inspection can vary depending on the size, complexity, and specific features of the property. On average, a thorough inspection for a luxury home can take anywhere from three to six hours. However, it's important to prioritize quality over speed, as a comprehensive evaluation is crucial for identifying any potential issues or risks.
Can I accompany the inspector during the luxury home inspection?
Absolutely! It's highly encouraged for homeowners or potential buyers to be present during the luxury home inspection. This allows you to gain firsthand knowledge about the condition of your property, understand any issues that may arise, and ask questions directly to the inspector. It's an opportunity for you to learn about the home's systems, maintenance requirements, and receive valuable insights about its overall condition.
Will I receive a detailed report after the luxury home inspection?
Yes, upon completion of the luxury home inspection, you will receive a detailed report that outlines the findings and observations made during the inspection process. This report will include descriptions of any issues discovered, recommendations for repairs or maintenance, and may also include photographs or supporting documentation. It is a comprehensive document that serves as a valuable reference for future decisions regarding your high-end property.
Are luxury home inspectors licensed and insured?
Yes, reputable luxury home inspectors in South Florida should be licensed and insured. Licensing ensures that the inspector has met the necessary requirements and possesses the expertise to perform inspections accurately. Insurance provides liability coverage in case of any unforeseen circumstances during the inspection. Always verify the credentials, licensing, and insurance of the inspector you plan to hire to ensure you're working with a qualified professional.
Are you certified?
All inspectors are state licensed; being an ASHI certified inspector is the highest designation in the industry; having passed the National Home Inspector Examination which is the only accredited examination by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA); being Certified Residential Thermographers which is the most authoritative thermal imaging certification; and finally all Seawall and Soil inspections are performed by licensed engineers. Licensed contractors perform specialized plumbing, electrical, and appliance inspections.
All ASHI Professional Inspectors are required to earn 20 continuing education credits and attend special training every year.
Florida Licensed Home Inspectors only need to earn 14 credits every two years.
Make sure your home is inspected by a leader in the industry.
Make sure it’s inspected by an ASHI Professional Inspector.
What is a 4-Point inspection?
This is a state required inspection of the ROOF, ELECTRICAL, HVAC, & PLUMBING systems of the home providing primarily two categories of information on these four systems:
1. Age and remaining serviceable life of the system
2. Condition of the system and any notable damage or deterioration
When is a 4-Point inspection needed?
This inspection is required in the state of Florida at any point when obtaining homeowners insurance on a home 30 years old or older. Some insurance companies require this inspection earlier than the required 30-year mark; 25 years is somewhat common, but we have had to provide this report on occasion on homes that are 20 years old and in rare cases, regardless of the home age this report can be requested from the insurance company before they provide an estimated premium for insurance coverage.
How does ACI Inspections prioritize customer satisfaction?
Customer satisfaction is at the core of ACI Inspections' business philosophy. They focus on clear communication, transparency, and delivering thorough inspection reports promptly. Client feedback is valued, and they strive to exceed expectations with every inspection.
