My only recommendation is for Ace's handymen to keep parts on hand that can be purchased by those, like myself, who would not know if particular part is needed for the work that is being done.

- EPEnrique PintoAug 28, 20251.0**AVOID AT ALL COSTS** doing any type of business with this company. They do **NOT pay their contractors** and they also **do NOT honor the terms of their contracts**. I carried out a power washing and cleaning job at a CMS school in Charlotte, NC, for the amount of **$15,250**. I waited 45 days for my payment, but they issued me a **bad check**. Later, they said they had used the money for other things, claiming it was a financial mistake. I gave them an additional extension to pay, but now it has been another 45 days — a total of **90 days without payment**. Now they are saying they will pay me in installments over 6 months. Do not be deceived by this company or its owner (**ALEXANDER ARGÜELLO**). We will now have to go to court over this situation. They are **unprofessional and lack professional ethics**.
