The poor installation by the previous owner had caused some complications for Ace and the door they were replacing it with became damaged by exposed nails in the jam, the man in charge of Ace Handyman came out and looked at the problem and oversaw the repair himself and replaced the door a second time with no extra cost to me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to perfection. I already recommended them to my parents and will be using them again myself.
