- DDdonfishing6 days ago1.0Ace provided an estimate for up to 3 hrs work but completed in 1/2 hour yet still billed for 3 hrs. I have texts from ACE showing arrival time and completion time. They sent two workers, one to work and one to hold a ladder. Billed a separate service fee for each person. Would never use again.

They weren’t able to get one shutter up at first due to a bush in the way, but they came back promptly and got it hung securely and safely. Each time I called—whether to schedule the initial work or to have them come back for the last shutter—they were respectful, diligent, knowledgeable, and kind. Before each visit, I received a picture of the technicians along with their name, company, and phone number, which I really appreciated. It’s great knowing exactly who is coming to my property. Our HOA and community had given us a timeframe, and they worked within it to make sure the job was done on time. I would definitely recommend their services!

Do you provide free estimates?
We always provide free estimates over the phone, especially if it is work that will take 3 days or less. You can also email us photos or submit photos online for a free estimate. We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.
Are your craftsman insured?
Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured and our craftsman have completed background checks. Our craftsmen are employees of ours so you and your home are protected.
What services do you provide?
We do over 1,000 projects from tile, plumbing, electrical, drywall, soffit, fascia, gutter cleaning, fence/deck gate repairs. Helping you maintain your home. If isn’t something we do, we have great referrals to specialty contractors that we know, love and trust.
