- DDDonOct 3, 20254.0Bob explained everything as he was installing. The only downside was the price was much higher than Bob said it would be yesterday for a much shorter work time. He ran into a problem with the part he got from Home Depot, the fan ran much slower with the new part so Bob reinstalled the previous part that was already there. I liked Bob, friendly, answered questions. I was uncomfortable asking why the total was much higher than he said yesterday.
