- AHAniessa HansenSep 17, 20211.0WARNING!!! I want to share our experience with Ace Fab and Welding. This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. The owner and his son are rude, cocky, arrogant and just plain horrible, and they were treating a 76 year old senior lady in this manner. They were unprofessional and tried to overcharge us. They threatened to send us to the collection agency if we did not pay the amount they wanted. They put us off after taking our other fence down (and the reason for the fence is because we have two little dogs that can't escape), telling us more bigger expensive jobs are more important than our measly $6,400 fence. Also we put up a brand new pool and asked them to not work around it, because we didn't want it ruined in any way. They assured us our pool would be fine. Long story short, they ruined our pool. Cement dust got all over in it and could not be cleaned out! They denied it all and didn't offer to help pay for a new pool and even told us we were wrong about it being brand new. Total Jerks! We were out an $1100 dollar pool! Luckily we got them to take off $400 off the price of the fence because we proved they were over charging us. Dishonest, horrible boss and company. Please read reviews before you use! Hard lesson learned!

- LVLost Highway VintageMar 29, 20181.0Owner of company comes out to measure & get specifics for my railing job. Can't even write down correct info or be specific. Finished product shows up wrong design, out of level... when I ask him to correct, he just smugly says... "looks fine to me!" Well it's not your house, and not what I asked for!!! Owner is arrogant, cocky & unconcerned with doing the job right. Don't waste your time with this company, go somewhere else where they treat the customer with respect & make sure the job is the right design & built correctly!
