I was lucky enough to find Ace Drapery to repair my cellular blind/honeycomb shade with a broken cord . Like many others after calling other local shade/blind shops with no success. I could not be more pleased working with Jamie --Pricing, personable, timely and just taking on the job in the first place. You will not be disappointed!

The cord on our master bedroom shade, which we really love, broke. After calling numerous blind shops in Kenosha, Racine, & Milwaukee area, someone told us to try Ace. We were afraid to remove the blind ourselves, not too handy. Ace came to us for the repair. From Jaymee's outstanding customer service on the phone, answering our questions & scheduling our repair, to Chris's outstanding skill & knowledge, we are extremely grateful to have found them. When Chris finished our repair, we mentioned we had our windows replaced several years ago & when the window installer put the blind back up in a different room, it never worked right. He removed that blind, completely reinstalled it & it works perfectly. We highly recommend & if we ever need a new window treatment in the future. ACE is our place.

After texting, sending pictures and visiting Ace Drapery in person, we found that our cellular shade was not repairable. However, the team was very helpful in suggesting how to reach the manufacturer and potentially the best way to get it replaced under warranty. Thrilled to find that all of their suggestions worked and we are now getting it replaced for free! Ace Drapery truly went above and beyond, when there was nothing in it for them. 110% recommend!

Wow! When I was looking for a place to repair one of our blinds, I found Ace Drapery and the reviews were good, so I thought I'd give them a try. I brought it in on Wednesday, and Jamie said they could repair it, and it would take about a week. I figured I'd have to get all six cords replaced but she said it looked like only three needed replacing instead of saying yes you should do all of them. They called me today (Friday) and said it was fixed. The price was great along with the service. I would definitely use them again.
