- RKRaza Khan3 days ago1.0I had a terrible experience at Ace Dental Care in Alpharetta particularly with Dr.Noman. When I booked my appointment, I clearly said I needed help removing a crown on an implanted tooth that was causing pain. Instead of addressing that, they made me go through a bunch of unnecessary X-rays and scans. I kept reminding the nurse why I was there, but she insisted it was required. After all that, Dr. Norman came in and said he couldn’t remove the crown because he didn’t have the right tools, something they should have told me before doing anything. He was unprofessional and dismissive, and just prescribed antibiotics even though there was no infection. It honestly felt like they were more focused on billing for X-rays than helping me. I’ve filed a complaint with the Georgia Board of Dentistry about this unethical care. Would not recommend this clinic and specially Dr. Noman.

From the moment I walked in, I received a warm welcome and my appointment was scheduled without delay. Dr. Nomi, along with assistants Manjari and Leenu, were exceptionally friendly and professional. Dr. Nomi’s diagnosis was spot on, and I had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Shin under local anesthesia. The procedure was quick, and my recovery went smoothly. I also appreciate the transparency of the front office with billing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will continue to choose Ace Dental Clinic for my future dental care. A heartfelt thanks to the entire team!
