When I heard back from them, I learned the charges were only for the diagnosis of the problem. My husband and I went in to talk it over with them this morning and Zach and his team were very good to work with us. They remained civil and courteous as I explained the misunderstanding. Instead of charging me full price for the diagnosis, they cut it by more than half. I'm grateful for the way they handled my complaint and impressed by the way they were willing to negotiate terms of payment with me. They take a very professional approach in their services, but I wish they'd been more clear that the estimate was only to cover a diagnosis, not the repair.
