- GTGerald TaftMay 28, 20255.0Brian, ACE Appliance Service Technician, just repaired our 15 year old GE built in microwave oven. It took two service calls; Bfirst he verified the problem and had to order a magnetron and today he installed the part. Oven works great again. Bran is a skillful, courteous and very neat technician and it is a pleasure to have him work in our home. This is our third positive experience with ACE. Good outfit to keep your appliances running.

I’ve used Mr.Appliance in the past. More than half a dozen times. They give 4 hour windows for when they are able to show up, were never on time & overpriced. Will not be using them again. Thanks Ace for a better experience!

They were able to come out only a few hours later and quickly repaired our refrigerator. They cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly and polite! The price was definitely reasonable and I will be calling them again if we have any other appliances in need of repair in the future. This was the first time I have used them, no complaints, only positives!

Most recent was 2 days ago. Both times I got the part the next day - unbelievably FAST for bush Alaska!!!!! We are super pleased - the price might be a little higher, but to get the right part in 1 day is worth every cent!!! Excellent service.
